These terms of service govern the use of the Coach Avidia platform. By registering, you accept these terms.
The platform is operated by avidia.ai, a division of Netgen Switzerland AG, Seestrasse 356, CH-8038 Zurich, Switzerland.
Coach Avidia is an AI-powered coaching platform for:
- Goal tracking and personal development
- Coaching sessions and documentation
- Learning activities and assessments
- AI-assisted analysis and recommendations
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials
- Account sharing is not permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform according to your subscription plan.
Prohibited:
- Use for illegal purposes
- Circumventing security measures
- Automated mass usage (scraping)
- Sharing content without permission
- Disrupting the service
All rights to the platform, including software, design, and content, remain with avidia.ai. Content you create remains your property.
We are only liable for damages from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, and data loss is excluded.
AI-generated content is for support only and does not replace professional advice. We assume no liability for decisions based on AI content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted use. Maintenance will be announced when possible.
We may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
