What is avidia coach?

avidia coach is an AI-powered coaching and learning platform designed for educational institutions. It helps teachers create engaging activities, provides students with personalized feedback, and enables coaches to track progress effectively.

First Steps After Registration

Complete Your Profile

Go to Settings and fill in your profile information. Choose your preferred language and customize your experience.

Explore the Dashboard

Your dashboard shows an overview of your activities, goals, and upcoming sessions. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the layout.

Check Your Role

Your assigned role determines what features you can access. If you believe you have the wrong role, contact your administrator.

Start Using the Platform

Depending on your role, you can start creating activities, completing assignments, or managing your organization.

Navigating the Interface

avidia coach offers two navigation styles that you can switch between in Settings:

Top Bar Navigation

A horizontal navigation bar at the top of the screen. Best for users who prefer a clean, minimal interface with more vertical space.

Sidebar Navigation

A vertical navigation panel on the left side. Provides quick access to all sections and shows more menu items at once.

Language & Preferences

avidia coach supports 6 languages:

German (DE), English (EN), French (FR), Italian (IT), Spanish (ES), and Romansh (RM).

To change your language, click the language switcher in the header or go to Settings > Preferences.

avidia coach works best with modern browsers:

Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+

Install as App (PWA)

You can install avidia coach as an app on your device for a better experience. Look for the install prompt in your browser or go to Settings > Notifications to enable the PWA features.
